Good evening, everyone ♥️ I hope this SUPER full moon energy is finding you well, and bringing you an abundance of lessons learned in love.
You may be wondering what makes a moon a super moon...well! When we say the terms "super moon," we are indicating that the moon is extremely close to the earth. We will have three super moons this year in 2020, and this is the first. Super moons bring heightened illuminated transformational energy of emotion.
There is a whirlwind of chaotic energy spiraling around us, yet a yearning for activating our innate healing that we are fully aware of. This awareness, though, is the first step to finding your footing during this time. Be aware of the thoughts you allow to creep into your subconscious, that will, of course, reflect in your conscious waking life.
We are so accustomed to living in our fear. However, fear is never about the here and the now. Fear is about the future, and what the past has taught us to stubbornly hold in our bodies. We worry and nearly convince ourselves that what has happened to us or what COULD happen to us (that perhaps HAS happened to others), will happen...before it even happens. Holding onto this future-based feeling, which becomes anxiety and then manifests as dis-EASE, takes us away from the moment, and has the potential to diminish our life force energy. What you want is on the other side of fear.
That said, do not be afraid to step into discernment. What do you feed your mind? What do you feed your body? What do you feed your senses? What do you feed your spirit? What have you been putting off? Do you stress about unfinished projects while trying to start others, without seeming to have completed any of them? Detoxifying the mind and the body of patterns, foods, behaviors, not-so-healthy relationships/not-so-healthy PATTERNS within relationships, and harmful beliefs will lead you to your clear mind and allow for healthier flow of energy. Find creative solutions to declutter your house, mind, and body. Make way for clearer intentions and fresh energy. Set your boundaries as you need to, in order to clear your path to a clearer mind.
What do your thoughts consist of? Allow this full moon to give yourself some space to observe your thoughts. Pause. Breathe. Slow down and take your time if you need to. There is no need to rush around as much as you have been, because slowing down will optimize the time where you are being productive. You cannot make positive change in your life without your own awareness and observation of how you show up for yourself and for others. You have the ability to find creative and innovative solutions that are absolutely within your reach--and this super moon will spark your creativity and allow for that.
Which emotions are feeling a little more illuminated to you around this time of the cycle? Facing these as they come and then taking action will prevent your worry about dealing with them later...which simply prolongs your worry.
The next time you notice your mind spiraling int negativity... I invite you to just take a second. Be with yourself. Choose positive self-talk, while also allowing kind room for loving improvement. Again, Choose Love.
What makes you feel healthy, vibrant, a l i v e? What uplifts you? Spend some time in nature. Take a moment to gaze outside a window into nature for 5 minutes each day if you cannot spend time outside. Listen to your inner guidance. Ask questions. Take five minutes each morning to meditate. Stretch mindfully. Focus on your higher intentions. Find foods that nurture you. Spend quality time with your loved ones and friends. Love more. Judge less. Open up. FEEL. Allow. You have the power to raise your own vibration.
