Yoga is a practice that originated in ancient India. It is a group of practices that work together to balance, strengthen, and clear the mind, body, and spirit. Its original purpose was to work towards spiritual development, self-awareness, and a greater level of consciousness, and the asanas, or postures, provided extra physical benefits.


An individual yoga session is tailored to your needs. We explore your body, spirit, and emotions (or whichever you prefer to focus on). We may place focus on stability, strengthening, grounding, being present in your body...the options are limitless. That's what is so wonderful about a one-on-one session-- it is YOUR session, and you get to choose where you want to practice and the kind of practice you desire. We will work within your comfort.
