Why learn Reiki with Grounding Light?
With Ari's background and education in clinical studies, somatic work, and trauma, she teaches from a whole-person centered approach and trauma-informed lens. Ari teaches about energetic and spiritual hygiene, which is important to familiarize yourself with before working with clients. It is suggested that, in order to receive the most out of a Reiki training, to inquire about Reiki training retreats for the purpose of immersion in Reiki, self-care, energetic hygiene, exploring shadow work for yourself so that you can hold the hands of others while tailoring your practice to your own unique gifts, and community.

Reiki trainings are held in-person, via zoom, and/or during retreats, which are focused on training AND embodiment practices. Such trainings will be announced on the "Events" page, as well as under "Retreats."
Reiki Level One
