Flow From Home or Your Backyard
Do you have travel/transportation limitations or a busy schedule? Maybe you don't have the time or means to attend a yoga class in-person. With this option, you can reduce stress and improve strength and flexibility right in the comfort of your own home--maybe even your backyard or poolside.
A virtual yoga session will require the use of a laptop. We will use Skype or Zoom--whichever suits you.
We will focus on your specific needs and experience. The session is Yours.
