1 Hour Reiki Session

Service Description

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality that is often used for relaxation and stress reduction. Life force energy flows through the practitioner to the client. This form of healing will balance the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki works by stimulating the body's innate ability to heal itself. How do you know if Reiki is right for you? Perhaps you have bodily aches or pains, illness, dis-EASE, energetic imbalances, lack of mental clarity with thoughts and emotions, blocked/stagnant/overactive energy, life challenges, trouble sleeping, and more. Reiki may ease these symptoms or challenges by increasing the flow of life force energy and reducing inflammation in the body. Disclaimer: I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. This session includes a 30 minute buffer time so that you can account for any extra potential time that it takes to find the location, meet the practitioner, presence what brings you into the session, and allow time for you and the practitioner to debrief, integrate, and go over what came up for you during the session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact 24 hours in advance. Deposit will be withheld if canceled without rescheduling. If rescheduled once and you cannot make the rescheduled date, 50% of the booking will be withheld.
