Do you have travel/transportation limitations or a busy schedule? Maybe you don't have the time or means to attend a yoga class in-person. With this option, you can reduce stress and improve strength and flexibility right in the comfort of your own home--or even your backyard. We will focus on your particular needs.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact 24 hours in advance. Deposit will be withheld if canceled without rescheduling. If rescheduled once and you cannot make the rescheduled date, 50% of the booking will be withheld.
