Virtual Intake: Core Energetics

Service Description

This is your very first virtual Core Energetics session. Please do not book this appointment without reading the page labeled Core Energetics under "Services" and scheduling a consult call. At least 48 hours prior to this intake appointment, you will need to fill out all documents that were emailed to you after your consultation call or initial contact with your practitioner. Every session beyond your first session will be booked directly with the practitioner. Core Energetics is a holistic approach to personal growth and transformation that integrates the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of an individual. Rooted in the principles of psychology, bodywork, and energy dynamics, Core Energetics explores the interplay between the conscious and unconscious aspects of the self. The intention of an intake session for Core Energetics is to establish rapport with the client, as well as a foundational understanding of the individual's current state of being, challenges, and goals in order to tailor the subsequent sessions effectively. During the intake session, the Core Energetics practitioner collaborates with the client to gather comprehensive information about their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This includes exploring life history, identifying patterns of behavior, and understanding the client's motivations for seeking Core Energetics. The practitioner aims to create a safe and supportive space for the client to express their concerns, aspirations, and any areas of life where they may feel stuck or unfulfilled. By delving into these aspects, the intake session sets the stage for a personalized and transformative journey, guiding the subsequent sessions to address specific issues, work with the individual's energy dynamics, and facilitate the integration of body, mind, and spirit for holistic growth and healing.
