Spring Equinox Nowruz Event

Nowruz Mubarak! You are invited to come experience creative wellness workshops and connection to promote renewal and unity. The fight for freedom comes with much grief. We are creating a safe space for anyone who feels they could benefit from creative and spiritual wellness. We must remember to take care of own minds and bodies so that we can remain strong for the ongoing protests and demonstrations. We invite you to come support a cause that we hold close to our hearts. We will have flower arrangement workshops, art therapy, dance and movement, yoga, and more. Emme and I will be offering our signature Breathwork Alchemy Experience, which will include the 2-part Eastern Pranayama style Breathwork, the Japanese modality of Reiki energy healing + vibrational sound healing. 

The name of the location is called "The Grail Arthouse."
