A monthly deep dive into the art of Breath work / Reiki / Sound. With Ari Khan and Special Guest, Emme Day, for sound.
*Free For Members, $10-30 sliding scale drop-in
Join Ari for a Breath work Alchemy Experience, where you will be given the opportunity to transform thought into sensation by shifting awareness from the mind to the body through active breath meditation. After you will be invited to slide into a state of relaxation as you receive healing sound frequencies and Reiki.

Breath: Pranayama helps us rev up our system, getting us ready for anything.
Reiki: This Japanese healing energy technique promotes relaxation and reduces stress/anxiety though gentle touch.
Sound Bath: Sound baths provide a space for us to enter deep meditation, soothe our nervous system, increase our focus, and improve our sleep.
