About the Event

Hello, loves! Let us step into intention and sisterhood for this moon cycle. This will be the third of twelve gatherings for 2024.

Emelia Day and I will be joining our dear friend Emma Turns for this month’s March Sister Circle in Manakin-Sabot, VA. 


This experience encompasses three therapeutic modalities. Attendees will be guided through Reiki-infused breathwork, followed by a Reiki sound bath.

This ancient eastern practice of Pranayama consists of a two-part staccato breath. The practice of breath work turns off the mind and turns the body on, opening us up to experiencing a wide variety of sensations. We are oxygenating our blood and stimulating the hypothalamus gland, which releases endorphins, thus activating the ductless glands. This experience helps us to move stagnant energy through the body, leaving us feeling energized and lighter. This experience is not recommended for those who have epilepsy.

Reiki energy medicine is an ancient Japanese healing modality (that has been traced back to many different spiritual leaders throughout time) it refers to working with the universal, spiritually-guided life force energy that flows through all living beings, promoting healing and relaxation on the emotional, physical, and spiritual level by supporting and balancing the body’s own innate healing energies. Practitioners work with this divine energy as they assess, balance, and perform shamanic clearing of the chakras.

Sound healing utilizes specialized sonic frequencies to improve your well-being, as it provides a therapeutic space to promote a rebalance of your nervous system, emotional release, mental clarity, inner peace, and deep rest. As you are closest to spirit after breathing, sound healing is a supportive and necessary compliment to your integration into the Breathwork experience.


- Yoga mat

- Water bottle

- Pillow & blanket for comfort

- An eye mask or something that can sit comfortably on your eyes

- Palm stones (Smooth crystals to hold in your hands)

- Journal and pen

Our circle will start at 6:00 p.m. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so there are no disruptions once the circle has opened.


There will be NO potluck after the circle this month!
