Gentle Hatha Yoga - Online (2)

Join me for a 60-minute gentle Hatha yoga session from wherever you may be. Gentle Hatha yoga consists of holding asanas (poses) for slightly longer, in such a way that we are focusing more on flexibility and breathing into the pose. We will focus on slowing down and listening to what the body needs. Following this class will be a yoga Nidra class, which I have created another event for. I hope you are able to join. 

All proceeds will go to Unicorn Riot, in support of the Black Lives Matter movement. This is pay-what-you-can (if you cannot afford to pay anything, please do not let that deter you as all are welcome), and you can donate using these different payment options.
