Fall Equinox Portal

We hope you can join us from 2-5:30pm on 10/09/22 for another transformative healing event as we celebrate the Autumn Equinox.

Our lives mirror the changing seasons of nature, as we go through cycles of growth, harvest, death, and rebirth. Indigenous cultures honored the wisdom of the Earth and saw the Solstices and Equinoxes as symbolic stages of one’s inner spiritual journey. As Fall represents the harvest, the Fall Equinox celebrates the harvest in our lives, whether it be a literal harvest in your garden or the intentions you’ve previously set, and energy you’ve dedicated to nurturing them. We can honor all that we have as well as all that is coming, as we embody a frequency of abundance and prosperity.

Autumn is a time to clear and create space as we invite in whatever is to come, and make room for its appearance. We allow this empty space, silence, and stillness to usher in what is meant to manifest. As we shift from doing to being, we invite our inner desires and visions to emerge from within our being. We can use this energy to create a soil, so to say, that is fertile and nurturing to grow and hold our harvest.

On a spiritual level, the Autumn Equinox gifts us an opportunity to embrace change and duality. As there are equal parts day to night, we can reflect in gratitude on the sweet and mysterious space of the in-between – light to darkness, life to death, heat to coolness – and the magic within the transition. This is a time to acknowledge the expansion and growth that we experience within the evolution of our lives. As the days grow shorter and we embrace longer nights, we ourselves descend into our own internal darkness, our subconscious, to prepare us for a birth of inner light during the Winter Solstice.

To assist us in this period, we will be invoking the energy of Kali Ma during our Autumn Equinox Portal. Kali, a Hindu deity, is a goddess that is tied to destruction, change, time, as well as the life and death cycle needed to keep evolving. She is the darkness within us that is often feared, as she is wild and empowered. She makes a mess of your reality as she brings to surface what within you needs to die, such as attachments, conditioned or self-limiting beliefs, or habits that hold you back from moving forward along your path, or no longer serve you. As such, her fierce energy is not one to invoke lightly, but to be called upon when you are longing and ready to transform.

As we honor this magical and powerful day of change and harvest, we set in motion an energetic awakening in our consciousness which will last throughout summertime and into the Winter Solstice. This event is designed with practices and rituals to best support your process of turning inward to find the nourishment needed for growth and evolution, encourage patience and movement, so that you can shine your highest light out into the collective world.

Ticket energy exchange will include:

• Clearing of your Auric Field
• Intro to the Autumn Equinox
• Opening of the Directions
• Guided Meditation
• Small Group Alchemizing Activity
• Breathwork Journey
• Reiki Sound Healing Experience
• Ecstatic Dance Embodiment

No prior experience with or knowledge of these spiritual practices and/or healing modalities is necessary.

We recommend dressing comfortably, possibly wearing layers and/or bringing a sweater as you may experience a temperature drop during Breathwork and the Reiki Sound Bath. We invite you to wear red, orange, or yellow to this event if you feel called, to call in grounding energies related to the lower chakras.

Please avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and/or alcohol before the ceremony. It is best to avoid these 2-3 days before receiving Reiki, but it is understandable if you cannot totally avoid.

You will need to bring/things to remember:

• Yoga mat and/or blanket to sit on
• Water to stay hydrated (we will provide H20, but we recommend bringing a water bottle to eliminate unnecessary waste)
• Eye mask or scarf for the Breathwork journey
• A light blanket or shawl to accommodate for your body's potential temperature changes during Breathwork
• 2 palm stones/rocks that fit into your hands for Breathwork
• Socks (or wear socks)

Please arrive by 130pm so that you have ample time to park, check in, and set up comfortably.

We are asking for a minimum love offering of $33.33 and you can choose to donate beyond this amount.
