Ecstatic Dance Arlington

Welcome to our new Ecstatic Dance Arlington! Soul Fire Experiences brings the worldwide phenomenon of Ecstatic Dance to Arlington, VA on Saturday Nov 18th from 2-5:30pm!

This event will reoccur monthly on Saturdays.

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance meditation that allows you to embody your most joyful and playful self in a safe container.

The event begins with an embodiment warmup to get us tapped into our bodies, goes straight into dance meditation with a live DJ and cools down with a sound healing experience.

This will be a 2 room experience with an additional chill out room for participants who would like to relax, have a chat, tea, and enjoy some offerings from curative vendors including energy/tarot readings, jewelry, and visual artistry.

The rules are simple!

— no shoes

— no chit chat on the dance floor

— no alcohol or substances

— no photos or video

— no touching without consent

— let loose and feel the music!

This month we have some special offerings!

Resident DJ and facilitator Electro-cute will be doing a special B2B set with her partner Zen Steady, taking us on a global musical journey with the addition of live instruments

The super fabulous, talented & locally famous healers Ari & Emme will be taking us on a special sound healing & meditation journey to close out the space infused with reiki energy

Jon Forney will be opening the space with a contact improv dance lesson suitable for all skill levels to help you tap into the power of connection

KiVibes (Emma Olmedo) will be back this month vending her energy & tarot readings and reiki charged jewelry
