About the Event
The Winter Solstice marks both then shortest day and longest night of the calendar year, with the balance between light and dark beginning to level out immediately following until the arrival of Spring's Equinox. To honor this period of shedding old layers, facing deep shadows, and exploring while the veil is thin, we invite you all to commune with us for an intentional gathering of many friends. We endeavor to create a space in which all peoples feel empowered to express their truths and share their gifts with one another through means of craft, art, movement, music, knowledge, or anything else thereof. Features of this particular Come Unity gathering will include:

As this is a family-friendly event, please no drugs or alchohol on the property to remain respectful of others experiences and Diversity Richmond. All of these events and gatherings, no matter how frequent, are a part of a larger directive called Heartfire Project; which is dedicated to creating permaculture projects, making holistic medicinal practices accessible, sustainable solutions through community practices, and sacred spaces to continue to gather within these projects. It is our desire to bring as many people who resonate strongly with this vision into collaborative involvement, stimulating a healing revolution within RVA and beyond. If you have any personal desire to offer a gift/talent or to help with this (or any of) our other events, dont hesitate to reach out to one of the hosts.

"For quite some time, I have been fascinated by self-healing, psychology, the interaction of the human mind and body, the unconscious patterns that we adopt as we move along this plane of existence, and our own power to work with and manipulate those patterns to find and maintain a healthier flow of life force energy. My interest in self-healing has been nearly lifelong; when I discovered yoga and meditation in middle school, I learned to embrace my sensitivities and gifts. I knew that my gift of being a healer was something I needed to delve into.
I enjoy offering healing touch through the art of Reiki, while introducing clients to the healing powers that crystals can bring us. My goal is to help awaken you to the abundant and available resources that are available to you within yourself, as well as around you. I look forward to accompanying you on a fractal of your journey at such an incredible event, while together we manifest healing, strength, peace and relaxation." ~ Ari
